GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION
Welcome to the Erie Admirals, a member of the PA West Soccer Association and US Club Soccer. The purpose of this booklet is to familiarize parents and players with the club and to answer any questions you may have. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Coaching Directors.
USYSA is soccer’s national governing body and is responsible for local, regional, national, and international soccer competition. The Erie Admirals is part of the US Club Soccer, a newer branch organization under the United States Soccer Federation, as well as PA West Soccer Association that encompasses half of the state of Pennsylvania and is the third largest of the 52 regions in the nation.
The Erie Admirals program is committed to providing quality physical training and competition at the local, regional, and national levels. This competitive athletic experience can enhance social development, contribute to mental and physical health, and teach the values of teamwork, responsibility, self discipline, and motivation. Children and parents will develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
As a club, we sincerely hope that by teaching the game’s fundamentals, we will provide the solid foundation that will enable young people to, not just play soccer in school, but into adulthood as well. We believe that soccer is truly a lifetime sport.
